At Simply Skincare your custom is very important to us.

All product orders are shipped with tracking information which will be provided to you by email when your order is dispatched.

Orders placed via Simply Skincare may be shipped within the United Kingdom only. Should you wish to have your order delivered to mainland Europe, or anywhere else in the world, please go to our sister website, Simply Skin, and place your order there. Please note, all products are priced in Eur (€) on our Simply Skin website.

Your Delivery Choices

Standard Tracked Service Between 2 â€â€œ 5 working days - £6.00

Tracked Next Day Delivery Service Monday â€â€œ Friday for orders placed before 12noon - £10.50

Free Delivery For all orders over the value of £45, we offer our customers free delivery

Please note that Friday orders for next working day are dispatched on Monday, with the exception of Bank Holidays, when they will be dispatched on Tuesday

Special Tip for Valued Customers

When you and your girlfriends place one large Simply Skin order together which is paid in one single amount and delivered to one address and, where the value of your order falls within the free delivery requirement, you shall receive your products free of charge.

It's good for your wallet, kind to the environment, and gives you a good excuse to meet up with your girlfriends

It's not expected to, but occasionally it can happen...

Whilst we know that the services of Royal Mail and Interparcel will run efficiently and quickly, guaranteeing your product a safe and fast delivery, we do acknowledge that, occasionally, failures can arise through circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) major roadworks, forces of nature, or incorrect address details being provided.

Whilst we shall do our utmost, in these unusual and unexpected circumstances, to get your product to you as quickly as possible, we hope you understand that Simply Skincare cannot be held responsible


Returns Information

All Simply Skincare products are handmade in small batches to keep them as fresh as possible for you. As such products can vary slightly in colour, texure, scent.

We cannot offer refunds or accept returns for products which may have varied slightly because they are handmade but which still carry the high quality Simply Skincare seal.

If however, you receive a damaged product, don't worry. Simply send an email to info@simplyskin.eu letting us know which products have arrived damage, along with photographs, and we shall happily send you replacements.
