Simply Skincare uses Paypal's industry-leading secure system to process payments. You do not need a Paypal account to pay this way. The system works just like any other merchant payment system. Simply enter your credit card details and submit your payment. We also accept payment through bank transfer. Please send us an email using the Contact page should you wish to pay through bank transfer. Products shall be posted after payment has been received.

Order Processing

We strive to ship orders within one business day of receipt, but during busy times it may take longer.


Whilst we try to maintain a constant stock of all of my items, we do sometimes run out. We shall make every effort to update the site immediately to reflect this, but occasionally, orders do slip through. If this should happen, we shall simply delete the out-of-stock item from your order, refund the purchase price of the item, and process your order as normal. We shall also notify you by email.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped daily, Monday through Saturday.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly provided address. There may be an additional delivery charge for parcels redirected to any address other than the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.

Cost of shipping is based on Order Value and Speed of Delivery. A breakdown of costs is listed on the Delivery Information page. All orders are shipped with tracking information.

Privacy Policy

All debit and credit card information is collected securely by the Paypal system. Simply Skincare does not store any debit or credit card information.

Payment Methods

Orders placed and paid for through the Simply Skincare website are processed using Paypal. For privacy information regarding this payment vehicle, please refer to the "Privacy Policy" paragraph above.

Should a customer not wish to use the Paypal option, it may be possible to transfer payment electronically upon email request to info@simplyskin.eu. Please note, however, that products will not be sent for delivery until electronic payment has been received. Once payment has been received, we shall endeavour to place your delivery within 24hours.


Simply Skincare products are for external use only. Simply Skincare accepts no responsibility for the mishandling or misuse of any of our products.

Please be aware that when buying goods on the internet, you are entering into a legally binding contract. The contract between the customer and Simply Skincare begins once an order has been paid for by the customer. If you feel you have made an error when placing your order, please contact us immediately so that we can make the correction.
